Sisters Patricia Paay and Yvonne Keeley and their mother pay tribute to the Andrew Sisters. The song Stars On 45 Proudly Presents goes to the number one spot in June. Star Sisters is a project set up by producer Jaap Eggermont who compiles medleys from the songs of world famous bands and musicians like the Beatles (Stars On 45). The group changes its line-up several times and has some small hits.

Sylvana van Veen and her partner form the duo Tabasco Affair. Its single We Belong Together is produced by Fluitsma & Van Tijn.
