Gert van Veen writes the coffee table book Release, The Story About (dance entrepreneur) ID&T
Starting in 2007, Gert van Veen and ID&T annually organises the Welcome To The Future festival. He also is one of the programmers of night club Studio 80 and a member of the six-piece producer collective Amsterdam 661 (with Kabale Und Liebe, Lauhaus, David Labeij, Julien Chaptal and Boris Werner). In 2009 Quazar performs only three times, including a show at Dance Valley. Besides Van Veen (GMG) the groups line-up includes Jobbe Strobosch alias Jobez. Inspired by the artists that come to Studio 80 each week, Quazar goes into the studio to record new material and work on classic Quaza tracks.
