2005 - 2006

Postman Postmen works on their fourth album Green. The band moves from Warner Music to EMI. The release is postponed due to The Anonymous Mis and his family's emigration to the Ohio because of Anouk's musical career in the US. His departure marks the end of Postmen. In February 2006 The Anonymous Mis changes the band name into Postman. On the album Green Anouk sings most (backing) vocals. Members of her band contribute to the set as well. Green contains a mix of modern hiphop, old school soul, reggae, gospel and blues. Postman is a live band too. Late April Postman live line-up is made up of The Anonymous Mis, three backing singers, a additional singer, a guitarist, a drummer, a bass player and a keyboard player. On 13 October, Postman wins a TMF Music Award for Downhill in the category Best Video.

Existing tracks are remixed and changed and Postman also writes new songs. In July 2009, Postman is on the bill of the North Sea Jazz festival. The video with the song Kills Me is shot during the Cannes film festival in Cannes by American actress Rosanna Arquette.
