L.E.O.G. (League of Extra Ordinary Gentlemen) is a hiphop band formed by Rudeboy (a.k.a. Sir Lord Rudeboy or Sir Antagonis, ex-Urban Dance Squad), DJ Donotask (ex-Urban Dance Squad) and Mr. CIXX (Tom Colenbrander, ex-Head First, 'turntablist' and 'battlecat'). The band is named after a US cartoon by Alan Moore. L.E.O.G. stands for innovation in rap music as a reaction to the commercialization of the genre. DJ Donotask leaves the band and guitarist N-Man joins. After having joined the band on stage for several gigs, drummer Maartje Simons joins L.E.O.G. on a permanent basis in 2002. In the spring of 2003 bassist Michael Barkey joins the band. The band changes its name to League of XO Gentlemen. The League's debut album is released on October 6 on the Idol Media label. In 2004 the band plays the Noorderslag festival in the Netherlands. Additionally, it plays at the Goa Boa festival in European cultural capital Genova (Italy) and the Sziget Festival in Budapest (Hungary).
After the split of Urban Dance Squad ex-members Rudeboy (a.k.a. Sir Lord Rudeboy and Sir Antagonis) and DJ DNA (alias DJ Donotask) aided by Mr. CIXX (Tom Colenbrander, ex-Head First, 'turntablist' and 'battlecat') form a new band. In the early days they use the full name League of Extra Ordinary Gentlemen (L.E.O.G.). DJ Donotask leaves the band quite soon in order to join Palinckx. Guitarist N-Man (real name: Norman Kapoyos) becomes the fourth band member.

After having played on the Marlboro Flashbacks Tour, on which the band is asked to cover Public Enemy songs, drummer Maartje Simons (alias Marzj) joins the band as a fulltime band member. With her other band Casino she plays in the finals of the Grand Prix of the Netherlands talent contest.
In the spring bassist Michael Barkey joins the band. The band name is changed into League of XO Gentlemen. In May Marzj graduates from the Rock Academy. In September the single Pay Your Dues comes out, followed by debut album Smiling At The Claptrap Circuses. The album is presented on October 11 in Paradiso with guest performances by Dutch rap group Osdorp Posse and Public Enemy's Chuck D. Second single The Big Copout comes out late October.
In January League of XO Gentlemen plays the Noorderslag festival. Drummer Marzj quits her other band Casino so she can fully concentrate on League of XO Gentlemen. In March and April the band tours the Netherlands and also plays the Parkpop festival in The Hague. Late July the third single Gentlemen XO comes out. In the summer League of XO Gentlemen goes abroad and plays festivals like Dour, Rock Herk and Suikerrock in Belgium, Goa Boa in Italy and Sziget in Hungary. In September the band's debut album is also released in Germany, Austria, Switzerland and France.
League of XO Gentlemen breaks up in April. Drummer Maartje Simons joins indie band The May Bees. Bassist Norman Kapoyos focuses on studio activities and writing and directing videos plus noise performances. Rudeboy and former League bassist Michael Barkey, guitarist Marco Hovius (16Down) and drummer Boxie G. (Silkstone, Embankment) form Servants of the Servants op. The band debuts at the Puntpop festival in Wuustwezel, Belgium. Apart from playing new material the band also plays various old Urban Dance Squad songs. Late 2006 the band name is changed to Silver Servant and several months later into Club Of High Eyebrows.
