Biography Jacqueline Govaert

Jacqueline Govaert is the singer of the Tilburg based rock group Krezip (1997-2009). She is part of the first generation of students graduating from the Tilburg Rock Academy. Govaert guests on albums by Ayreon, Relax, Beef, Armin van Buuren and Fernando Lameirinhas, and regularly sings in the children's TV program Het Klokhuis. After Krezip disbands she records her first solo album Good Life (Augustus 2010), featuring Alex Callier (Hooverphonic), Joost Zweegers (Novastar), JanPeter Hoekstra (Krezip) and Tjeerd Bomhof (Voicst). Following some try-outs her first solo tour takes off at a sold-out Amsterdam Paradiso on 15 September.
