He also attended master classes with Ton Hartsuiker, Theo Bruins and Jan Wijn.

Besides he composed chamber music for various ensembles, such as a piano trio (1983) and Sporen (Tracks, 1978) for alto flute and guitar, Phoenix variaties for piano (1987), as well as educational music, e.g. Etudenboek voor de onderwereld (Book of Studies for the Underworld) for bass clarinet or bassoon, and Melancholic Moods for electronic organ. For orchestra he wrote Symfonie der duinen (1986), 3 Wordsworth Songs (with choir) (1990) and Schisma for piano, sampler and orchestra.
